Ingredients:
- Your favourite pasta (we used Black Truffle Sacchetti)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 6 – 8 Sage leaves
- 2 cloves Chopped garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Lemon zest to taste
- Galati Parmesan cheese
Making Sacchetti in Sage Butter
- Boil water with pinch of salt.
- Cook pasta as per package directions
- Meanwhile melt butter in saucepan. Cook until butter browns
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, lemon zest
- Add 1 – 3 ladles full of pasta water and cook until water thickens
- Add the cooked pasta to the saucepan and coat with the butter sauce
- Toss with freshly grated parmesan cheese
